Abuse Includes...

Physical Abuse

  • shoving, pushing, hitting, choking and slapping.

Neglect

  • failing to provide shelter, safety health care and denail of human rights.

Emotional Abuse

  • jealousy, humiliation, name calling and put downs.

Psychological Abuse

  • mind games, intimidation, threats and control

Sexual Abuse

  • forced and unwanted intercourse and other unwanted sexual acts.

Economic Abuse

  • Control of money or property, misuse of funds and denying the right to work.
